Wakefield Bathrooms is a family run bathroom studio based in Ossett, West Yorkshire. We have over 25 years of experience in the bathroom industry, with many of those years focused on the bathroom design and installation sector, offering the full "end to end" service installing luxury bathrooms in and around West Yorkshire. We are an independent retail studio offering some of the very best bathroom brands from here in Britain and across Europe.
We create some of the most beautiful bathrooms and wet rooms for our clients and as you can read online we have many happy customers. We work with a wide range of clients from new build projects to private and residential clients, we also work with several architects and interior designers alike. The aim was quite simple back then, offer people bathrooms at affordable prices with excellent customer service, we even had the slogan "where service matters" and we really did stick to this, and still do to this day.
We aren't a business without our customers, and we will never forget this; Martin's brother Craig Osborne joined the business and helped increase sales and look after the general day to day running of the showroom.
In 2006 we made the big decision to move shop to a more prominent retail position, we found the shop we really liked and wanted to make the move, this was a huge step for us as the rent quadrupled overnight, this is when we started displaying more branded bathrooms and investing even further into our business.

It's important to us that we keep everyone safe and ensure we dont have too many people in the showroomm at any one time, if you turn up without an appointment you may have to wait outside until we have finished with the customer that made the appointment.

I'm a very cynical person in so many ways, I always wonder if other people's reviews and comments are real.
I see so many wonderful comments online, but these are not always backed up with Facebook or Google reviews - these formats are almost impossible to make up, I'm not so sure about some of the other review sites; a company that's paid to show your reviews sounds a little too fabricated to me, but like I say, I am cynical.
