With more than 35 years of experience in the bathroom industry, Rex has worked in the retail sector, running a successful bathroom shop in Bath for many years. He still has strong links with Bath, and is happy to visit customers in this area although he mainly covers Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. Rex will visit you at home and produce a design with an estimate for any bathroom project.
He also has experience of commercial projects, eg hotels, property development and office washrooms. Louise has worked with Rex in the bathroom industry for approximately 7 years, and handles the administration functions including advertising, estimates, purchasing and customer care. She provides essential office back up for the business, and helps Rex with creating estimates and invoices.

Our brief was to provide a safe, workable shower room for an elderly couple in their eighties.
The original room contained a bath with a shower over, and 2 vanity basins plus a WC.
The bathroom had been installed approximately 20 years ago when the house was built, but it was beginning to look a little tired, and in need of updating.
The old wc had a flush mechanism that was rather stiff and difficult to use.
Mrs G has arthritis, and she struggled to use the flush.
She also had difficulty with raising and lowering herself comfortably onto the seat.

We are able to supply your bathroom products with no VAT added to the bill in certain circumstances.
The Inland Revenue considers that VAT need not be charged by us if you qualify as 'chronically sick or disabled' and the goods are for your own use.
So if you have a condition like arthritis, for example, and it means you need your bath replacing for a shower, or a walk-in bath, we can supply you the goods for the whole job on the basis that you need it doing for health reasons.
