We were really happy with the service we received from Billington Design bathrooms, from the personal involvement of Mark Billington in the design and specification process, all the way through to signing off the installation. The project was not straightforward as it was not a revamp of an existing bathroom but a conversion from a small bedroom. The work was completed quickly and to the promised timetable, and Emma coordinated the different trades involved very well, so no time was wasted.
The fit-out was very high quality and when issues were encountered - not the fault of Billingtons - these were addressed immediately and sorted out to our satisfaction.
