2. I live in a flat how can you achieve a level access shower as there is a flat below me?
We can fit a special auto waste pump, so we only need a minimum of space under the floor.
4. Will the floor be slippery if water is laying on it?
No. we use anti slip flooring such as Altro or Tarkett which are especially manufactured for wet rooms.
I do not like wet rooms can I have a level access tray instead?
We carry out over 500 bathroom adaptations each year which can range from the bare minimum of work required, such as removal of bath, creation of level access shower area, curtain rail and curtain, safety flooring, remedial tiling, shower, grab rails and seat.
We understand that not everyone likes the idea of a wet floor shower area, in which case there are low access shower trays available in a large range of sizes to suit all room shapes, sizes and client requirements, and we are more than happy to offer these instead of a 'Wet floor'.
Kitchen adaptations for the less able are very important, as let's face it one way or the other we all seem to spend a great deal of time in the kitchen!
Because of this, kitchen adaptations require a great deal of consideration and planning to suit the needs of the less able user, but also to suit the needs of any other able bodied persons within the home.
Therefore, whilst each and every kitchen is unique with differing client needs and requirements, we will always listen to your needs, and plan for you accordingly.
