We'll sit down, put the kettle on and discuss your style, budget and ideal timescales.
Now that we know a bit more about each other, we will arrange to come over to you at your home/site.
Here we will complete a full measure-up and discuss the feasibility of your build options.

At this stage, you'll be presented with CAD drawings, tile swatches and sanitary options galore!
